1) Who is this lens insertion system intended for?

The S5 Insertion System™ was designed to help all patients who wear specialty lenses by making the process of lens insertion easier and faster. These devices may be particularly beneficial to patients who are visually impaired or those with a disability affecting fine motor control of the hands and fingers.

2) Is this insertion system compatible with soft contact lenses?

The lens holder provided with the S5 Insertion System™ is recommended for use with scleral and hybrid lenses only. It is not currently recommended for use with soft contact lenses. Please consult you eyecare provider to confirm which lens holders are compatible with your lenses.
